During the war many tejanos sided whith Texas.But many Anglo Americans feared that because the tejanos had ties to Mexico,they would take Mexico's side.In 1910,fighting broke out in Mexico.two other men wanted to replace him.Battles broke out between supporters of these two men.the fighting came very close to the Texas border.
